ASSET MANAGEMENT
We maintain oversight of all property-related functions and are regularly in contact with property personnel to ensure that any investment’s true potential is realized. Asset Management Functions include but aren’t limited to: property management oversight, ongoing comparable property research and market research, budgeting, financial review, capital expenditure and improvement planning, and property tax management.

Principal/Broker
Jason is the Founder and Principal of Jaeger Partners. With nearly 20 years of experience, he manages a portfolio valued at over $100,000,000. Before Jaeger Partners, he was involved in over $150,000,000 in commercial real estate sales and lease acquisitions at Radius Group Commercial Real Estate in Santa Barbara. Jason brings an extensive local network, a broad real estate knowledge base, hard work, and creativity to understand and achieve his clients' goals.

Alisa's current role as Property Manager & Agent involves tenant relations, leasing administration and project management. She excels in the multi-faceted work environment, whether that involves helping tenants throughout the leasing process, or managing the flow of construction/maintenance projects. Alisa enjoys working closely with our Jaeger Partners team in order to meet the needs of our tenants and property owners.

LISA RICHTER

Lisa's 30-year work career ranges from administration and accounts receivable/processing for a reputable local car company to many years working with escrows at First American Title at the height of the 2001-2005 housing boom. Lisa has worked with Jaeger Partners since 2011. She focuses on preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, monitoring internal controls, preparing income statements, participating in budgeting processes, and streamlining accounting functions and operations.

Deborah works closely with Jaeger Partners Property Management and leasing team to provide administrative support. Previously, Deborah spent 5 years in an admin role for a local law office. Deborah excels at staying cool under pressure and parlays her calm presence and administrative expertise to the Jaeger Partners team, ensuring smooth office operations.
